What we can and cannot help with

We are an independent guide to Humantay Lake, not the tour operator. We can help you understand the altitude, the trail, the seasons and what the day is really like, and point you to the right page. We cannot change a booking, confirm a pickup point for a specific date, or process a refund, because the tour is operated and sold by Inka Altitude through GetYourGuide.
